The Role of Guest Experience Supervisor

Reporting to the Director of Guest Experience, you will be responsible for helping to direct a team of Guest Experience Ambassadors. You will respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and desires and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
You will seek out opportunities for guest-centric experiences and assist in putting processes in place to ensure that these opportunities are executed. You will ensure that Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training and development, monitoring and assessing revenue opportunities for the hotel and assuring the financial goals of the department are met.

Our Ideal Guest Experience Supervisor candidate will have

At least high school diploma and previous experience in a supervisory guest facing role within luxury front office operations, VIP services, concierge, or equivalent.

You will have an empathetic and caring approach and a talent for offering our guests the best recommendations and personalized service, ensuring that every experience is unlike another and that each guest feels unique. You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, a passion for service, an exceptional eye for detail and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities. We are looking for a special individual who shares our passion for excellence and who delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.

You must have fluency in English and Italian. A third European language would be highly appreciated

This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must be open to work on a flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
