The Role of Guest Experience Ambassador
Reporting into the Director of Guest Experience, you will be responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest needs and requests adding your personal recommendations and touches to ensure that our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence. You will handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Our Ideal Guest Experience Ambassador candidate will have
At least high school diploma and previous experience in a guest facing role within luxury front office operations, VIP services, concierge, or equivalent.
Our Guest Experience Ambassador will have a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home, have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and an exceptional eye for detail. Must have fluency in Italian and English.
This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must be open to work on a flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
