Acts as trusted advisors to clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership — driving innovation, modernization, and automation across global Digital Workplace environments.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Strategy -Define enterprise endpoint architecture, roadmaps & engineering governance
-Cloud & Modern Workplace-Lead Windows 365, Azure, Entra ID, & cloud-native initiatives
-Automation & Excellence-Build PowerShell frameworks automate provisioning, config & deployment
-Operational Leadership- Own P1/P2 incidents, Major Incident bridges, RCA & Problem Management
-Process & Governance- Create standards, runbooks, service health dashboards & CSI initiatives
- Stakeholder Management- Trusted advisor lead technical workshops & executive-level briefings

Professional & Technical Skills:
-Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, Co-management, Windows Update, Defender
-Azure, Entra ID, Hybrid Identity, Windows 365, Conditional Access
-Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, PKI, VPN, Certificates, Authentication
-Advanced PowerShell, Automation Frameworks, Graph API (preferred)
-Windows 10/11 Enterprise, Windows Server, Azure AD / Hybrid Join
-ITIL v4 — Incident, Problem, Change & Major Incident Management


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
12–18+ years IT infrastructure experience
8+ years in endpoint / Digital Workplace engineering
Bachelors in CS, IT, or related field
Global enterprise scale (50,000+ endpoints)
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS
MS Endpoint Administrator Associate
Azure Admin / Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Enterprise Administrator Expert, ITIL v4
INNOVATION & KEY KPIs
AI-powered & autonomous endpoint management
Digital Employee Experience (DEX) & Copilot capabilities
Predictive remediation & self-healing technologies

KPIs: Endpoint availability, patch compliance,
automation hours saved, MTTR, CSAT / XLAs,
security baseline & device compliance scores.
