Project Role : Engineering Services Practitioner
Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner in cabin design, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive Design engineering activities aimed at delivering effective technical solutions in aircraft cabin. This role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including configuration management and technical oversight. The practitioner actively engages in problem-solving by applying a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic insights, and hands-on experience to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects. Daily tasks may include coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing technical documentation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering processes to support business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership for timely and high-quality delivery of assigned work orders.
- Analyze available cabin design input data and requirements to develop engineering deliverables and proactively request additional input from customers when required.
- Activities will include creation of Change Documents, 3D assembly, 2D drawings, stakeholder management etc.
- Perform quality control and assurance for all created or revised technical documentation.
- Prepare and maintain supporting documentation such as lessons learned, root cause analysis (RCA), and enhancement/training materials.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to team members to ensure capability development and delivery consistency.
- Lead and participate in coordination discussions with on-site teams and customers to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance engineering practices.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Knowledge in Airbus Process and methods-Mandatory
- Proficient in Catia v5 application-Mandatory
- Should have exposure to overall aircraft build process and basic understanding of Aircraft cabin layouts, monuments, and systems.
- Ability to Read and understand Engineering drawing & BOM and good knowledge in GD&T-Mandatory
- Experience in working with monuments like Stowage / Partition / Doghouse / Lavatory / Galley / Bar/CTS/Seats/Placards, ESI, MSI, Structure
- Experience on Tools like Enovia VPM, PASS, ACP. CADB, TAKSY, GILDA, ICC CADB, SAP-Mandatory
- Experience on Tools like 3D JUUMP, AIRINA, CCD/SAMM-DACAS-Nice to have
- Supported retrofit and modification activities for Cabin- Nice to have
- Experience in installation feasibility, interface definition, and integration in DMU-Mandatory
- Exposure to knowledge towards SB process and creation-Nice to have
- Ability to learn and a passion towards new technologies will be appreciated-Nice to have
- Ready to work from client location/work from office all the working days-Mandatory


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2-7 years of experience in Aircraft Interior Design, with Airbus A350 VPM / PASS Designer
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education B. Tech/B.E/P.G. in Mechanical/Aeronautical Domain.
