Job Profile Name: UX Graduate

Level: Graduate / Entry-Level (0-2 years)

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assists in designing intuitive and visually appealing digital user experiences and interfaces by participating in user research, wireframing, high fidelity design and prototyping to ensure products meet user needs.

  • Creates user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma) to effectively visualize the layout, functionality, and user journey of digital products.

  • Supports the planning and execution of usability testing sessions and user evaluations to gather feedback and validate design concepts.

  • Maintains and updates design documentation, including user personas, journey maps, wireframe specifications, and design handovers, to clearly communicate insights to cross-functional teams.

  • Analyzes user feedback, quantitative data, and behavioral insights under guidance to identify opportunities for enhancing digital user experiences.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams—including product managers, senior designers, and software engineers—to iterate and improve applications aligned with organizational goals.

  • Refines and troubleshoots interface issues by iterating on designs based on feedback, platform design systems, and alignment with established standards.

  • Contributes to the implementation of usability and accessibility (e.g., WCAG) best practices to ensure digital products and services are user-friendly, inclusive, and compliant.

  • Contribute towards design quality by remaining abreast of emerging UX/UI design trends, methodologies, AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini), and new technologies.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred / relevant professional qualification

Prior Relevant Work Experience

  • 0-2 years

Essential Qualifications

  • Basic awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Required: A portfolio or collection of coursework/projects demonstrating a basic understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframes, and prototypes.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

€30,000.00 - €75,000.00
