Specialist Finance (Billing team BULK stream)

Type of employment: permanent 
Location: Riga, Latvia  
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)  

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work with Customer daily and periodic Billing processes;
• Process ad-hoc Debit/Credit Billing;
• Take part in month end closing processes according to reporting schedule;
• Respond to customers' queries;
• Perform other department’s tasks according to manager’s assignment;
• Handle internal and external requests;
• Participate in improvement projects.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Higher education in economics / finance (as advantage);
• Experience in accounting;
• Good computer skills (MS Office);
• General understanding of ERP systems;
• Fluent English (to communicate successfully with colleagues abroad);
• Very good communication and collaboration skills;
• Precise, analytical, organized and stress resistant personality;
• Improvement driven and good team player.
