Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the complexities of custom software projects and driving successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices to maintain high-quality software development.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Data Privacy.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative, practical solutions.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and data privacy regulations to ensure compliance in software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Security Data Privacy.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
