Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic services and acting as a software detective to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical issues.- Ensure timely resolution of issues by following established procedures and protocols.- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve system performance.- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Strong program and project management skills.- Additional Must To Have Skills: Experience in technical documentation and program control services.- Additional Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of business requirements analysis.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 1 year of experience in Program Project Management.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Software Engineering or a related field.- This position is based at our Cebu office.
