Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. The role demands a thoughtful approach to synthesizing data and insights to support effective decision-making and strategic planning within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending actionable solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Requirement Management.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise between diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and synthesizing complex information to support business decisions.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and build consensus.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Agile Requirement Management.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
