---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Procure to Pay Operations Associate ManagerWORK SETUP: Return to Office RESPONSIBILITIES:• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met through monthly planning • Take full responsibility for the collections' performance, reviewing metrics and reports to drive day to day work • Engage with the client credit operation manager(s) responsible for respective business stream(s) and act as first-line liaison and review service for them • Take accountability for business stream performance by collaborating closely with non-Collections areas such as Cash and Bank, Risk and Operations • Handle the forecasting process • Supervise, empower, develop and mentor Team Leads and direct reports • Ensure the agreed procedures are kept up to date and adhered to within the team • Responsible for the preparation of managements reports in line with Client and Accenture’s requirements • Liaise with Accenture HR in relation to recruitment, training, performance management etc.• Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service / deliverables to the client • Project manage initiatives where required that could involve procedures reengineering, transitions of work etc. • Required to be flexible to respond to a dynamic, results-oriented and changing environment • Flexibility around working hours required during client specified key periods (month end) • Any other duties deemed appropriate by either Accenture or the client OTHERS:Project Shift Schedule: Night ShiftProject Rest Day: Weekends OffProject/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • With at least 7 years relevant experience in PTP and 5 years supervisory
