Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning applications and data to cloud environments. This role includes planning and executing migration strategies that ensure scalability and high performance, while leveraging both private and public cloud platforms. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration efforts with business goals and to support the delivery of innovative cloud-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive future growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud migration strategies ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous improvement and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of migration activities with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong experience in designing and optimizing database procedures and functions for cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex database migration issues.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their integration with database systems.
- Experience in performance tuning and ensuring data integrity during migration processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
