Role Title: Client Growth Visits Facilitator Manager (CL7)Role SummaryDesigns and facilitates client visits and workshops that create meaningful dialogue, align stakeholders, and progress strategic business objectives.Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end planning and facilitation of client visits and workshops• Develop agendas, discussion guides, and workshop materials• Coordinate with account teams and SMEs to ensure relevant and impactful content• Manage visit logistics in partnership with Program Support teams• Capture outcomes, actions, and follow-up requirements from client engagements• Contribute to development of facilitation playbooks and reusable assets• Support continuous improvement through client and stakeholder feedbackQualifications• Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, or stakeholder engagements• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders• Experience in consulting, transformation, customer experience, or related environments preferredSuccess Metrics• Successful delivery of client engagements• Quality of workshop outcomes and stakeholder feedback• Timely completion of visit deliverables and follow-up actions• Contribution to account and client relationship objectives

Minimum of 3 years of experience facilitating workshops, meetings, or stakeholder engagements Minimum of 2 years of experience preparing agendas or discussion guides, workshop materials, transformation, and customer experience Bachelor s degree or equivalent minimum 10 years of overall work experience Excellent communication written and oral and presentation skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
