In the role you will....

• Drive profitable sales growth for a portfolio of accounts or a single large account.

• Create origination opportunities by expanding services and offerings delivered on the account.

• Develop the account strategy and lead complex commercial negotiations. Collaborate closely with the business to shape solutions that drive high performance and continuous innovation for the client.

• Build and develop trusted relationships with the next generation of client leaders.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

• Fluent in Japanese and English

• Knowledge of Commercial Banking or Investment Banking / Treasury / Trade Finance

• Track record of delivering technology enabled transformational change

• Strong experience of / relationships with major Japanese Financial Services providers such as Mizuho, MUFG, SMBC, Nomura or Daiwa
