This role ensures data integrity, supervises a team of reporting analysts, and collaborates with various departments to optimize. RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manage Reporting Functions: Oversee the development, accuracy, and distribution of reports across the organization.• Team Supervision: Lead and mentor reporting analysts, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Provide insights based on reports, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for business improvement.• Process Optimization: Streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and executives to understand reporting needs and provide meaningful data insights.• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure reports meet industry standards and company guidelines for data accuracy and compliance.• Software & Tools Utilization: Leverage reporting software (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau) to create visually compelling and user-friendly reports. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 3 years relevant work experience; at least 1 year supervisory• PowerBI only (SQL, SSIS, SSRS, ETL not required)• Advanced Excel (working experience in VBA and Macro to automate reports)• Individual contributor
