Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and implementing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs or projects. This role requires coordinating various activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring that all aspects of the project lifecycle are managed effectively. The practitioner actively monitors progress, aligns resources, and facilitates communication among stakeholders to maintain project momentum and achieve desired outcomes. The position demands a proactive approach to managing timelines, deliverables, and collaboration across diverse teams to support successful project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between project stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong capability in project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Experience in managing project documentation and reporting to support decision-making.
- Ability to analyze project performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams within a global delivery model.
- Competence in utilizing project management tools and software to enhance efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
