Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves ensuring the quality of solutions by carefully executing tests aligned with defined requirements and user stories. This role includes designing detailed test cases, identifying any discrepancies or defects, and thoroughly documenting these findings. Collaboration with various delivery teams is essential to guarantee that releases are dependable and meet user expectations. The position demands a proactive approach to maintaining high standards throughout the development lifecycle, contributing to the delivery of reliable and user-friendly software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and methodologies.
- Experience in designing comprehensive test cases based on requirements and user stories.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
