The Manager, Enterprise Trust will support Corporate Development and Legal with their technology needs to support the fields of Privacy, Ethics, ESG, and Sustainability to support the trust of the Four Seasons guests in the brand but also the trust of the Four Seasons employees in their employer.  

This role is based in Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Toronto Corporate Office, reporting to the Senior Director, Hotels IT Operations. This role involves interactions with primarily internal stakeholders at various levels.

What You’ll Be Doing

Business Strategy & Planning:

  • Supports the development and communication of Technology plans to drive forward the Corporate Development Team and Legal Team strategies.

  • Supports the implementation of demand management analysis and planning activities.

  • Reviews new business proposals; provides advice on demand issues and routes requests to the right place.

  • Works with Corporate Development & Legal to agree and implement short-term and medium-term modifications to demand. Maintains a register of business requests, including the status of each request.

  • Analyses and designs business processes; identifies alternative solutions to exploit new technologies and automation and manages the execution of business process improvements.

  • Emerging Technology Monitoring Monitors the Corporate Development & Legal technologies evolution and what other organization’s leading practices and technologies are to continual evolve the technology roadmap for Corporate Development & Legal.

  • Supports the development of solution architectures ensuring that relevant technical and security policies and standards are applied correctly.

  • Leads the preparation of technical plans in liaison with Corporate Development and Legal.

Change & Transformation:

  • Ensures business involvement and perspective to new technology products/solutions.

  • Partners with the key business stakeholders to set the motion and enable successful change and experience journeys. 

  • Creates the business readiness plan, taking into consideration IT deployment, data migration, capability deployment (training and engagement activities), transition support, change planning and any business activities required to integrate new digital processes or jobs into the "business as usual" environment.

Stakeholder Relationship & Engagement:

  • Identifies the communications and relationship needs of the stakeholder groups.

  • Facilitates open communication and discussion between Corporate Development and Legal, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining, and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans.

  • Captures and disseminates technical and business information.

  • Negotiates and agrees with stakeholders on service level requirements.

  • Ensures that service delivery meets agreed service levels.

  • Creates and maintains the Service Portfolio for available Corporate Development and Legal services.

  • Reviews service levels regularly for effectiveness, efficiency and improvement through diagnosing service delivery problems.

IT Leading Practices:

  • IT Service Management: Manage Corporate Development and Legal Technologies and Services following the guidelines of the Four Seasons’ IT Service Management Framework

Who You Are

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including formal report writing experience

  • Preferrable knowledge of Legal, ESG, Sustainability technologies

  • Preferrable knowledge and experience with OneTrust

  • Passion for IT Service Management and aligning Technology to achieve Business Outcomes

What You Bring

  • 10+ years experience in IT strategy, stakeholder relationships and planning

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or another related field

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
