The Steward is essential to the success of the Food & Beverage operation working in the heart of house to ensure all owners, guests, staff have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience.

Where You Shine:
Responsible for the cleaning, maintenance and sanitizing of china, glass, silver, kitchen equipment and kitchen production areas, the Steward plays an integral role in the success of the Food & Beverage operation.
It’s All In The Details:
The Steward must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a valid California Driver's License. The candidate must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. Previous restaurant experience preferred.
