As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining solutions that effectively address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to integrating various technological components, collaborating with stakeholders to align architecture with business goals, and continuously refining designs to adapt to evolving needs and challenges within the project environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural frameworks that support project objectives and organizational standards.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of technology solutions.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
