What you'll be doing:

  • Support the development and validation of manufacturing test solutions for networking products.

  • Collaborate with Hardware, Software, Firmware, Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Help monitor manufacturing test results, product quality, and production yield.
  • Analyze engineering data and support continuous product and process improvements.
  • Contribute to test plans, validation activities, and characterization of new products.
  • Develop simple automation scripts and data analysis tools using Python.

What we need to see:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of electronics, digital circuits, and embedded systems
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, or logic analyzers.
  • Basic programming or scripting experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Internship or academic project related to hardware design, validation, product engineering, or failure analysis.
  • Experience with PCB design, embedded systems, or high-speed interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Linux.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, testing methodologies, or automation.
  • Experience analyzing engineering data using Python, MATLAB, or similar tools.
