About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  

The Role of Receiving Clerk:

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced, Receiving Clerk to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! 

Reporting into our Director of Finance you are an essential member of the Purchasing team and will be responsible for checking all incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure items received and ordered are correct,  issuing, storing, pricing and rotating all incoming goods and maintain a good balance in accordance to business needs, updating daily receiving in the Purchasing/Inventory system and generating a Daily Receiving report, ensuring all goods received are delivered to the correct storage place/holding area and maintaining the highest level of business integrity in dealing with vendors and delivery persons.

Our Ideal Receiving Clerk candidate will have:

At least one year of receiving experience within a hotel/resort environment.  You should have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have a keen eye for detail, and be highly organized with the ability to multitask.

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
