About the role

Maintain the fitness and wellness facilities and equipment including gym, pool and locker areas. Provide proper and safe operation and care for the guests following Four Seasons standards and operational procedures. Facilitate group and private fitness sessions. Supervise the overall fitness operations.

 What you will do

• Welcome guests and provide professional, personalized fitness guidance.
• Conduct fitness assessments and develop customized workout programs based on guests' goals and fitness levels.
• Lead group or private  fitness classes such us stretch & personal training.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safe use of gym equipment.
• Monitor guests during workouts to prevent injuries and provide assistance when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the fitness center and equipment.
• Inspect fitness equipment daily and report maintenance requirements promptly.
• Promote wellness services, personal training sessions, and hotel fitness programs.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and emergency procedures.

What you bring

EDUCATION: High School education or equivalent experience. Relevant fitness qualifications.

EXPERIENCE: Preferred two-year experience in hospitality industry or related position with Four Seasons or other organizations
