Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires managing project activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the desired objectives. The position serves as the main liaison for the project, overseeing progress and addressing any challenges that arise to maintain smooth delivery and alignment with client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams to facilitate project success.
- Document technical specifications and project progress to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues to deliver reliable solutions.
- Experience in software design principles and application configuration.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in deliverables.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Japanese Language.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
