Key responsibilities

• Offer support to Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Partners 
• Set up interviews, coordinate and perform the pre-employment checks. 
• Use all features of the system as well as other tools such as: databases, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, and job boards. 
• Support the recruitment team to achieve internal performance metrics. 
• Perform other administrative tasks that support the end-to-end recruitment process 

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience 

• Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

• Organized and time management skills

• Strong customer focus

• University student or graduated in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields

• English language proficiency (B2+ level)

• French language proficiency

• Spanish language proficiency

• Minimum required education: High School Diploma.
