The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for a Room Service Order Taker who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is organized, driven, and who can communicate accurately and efficiently. This position reports to the Room Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Receive all guests requests for an In-Room Dining experience
• Acknowledge all available food menus, including daily specials, alternative cuisine and all beverage lists.
• Make recommendations to accommodate guests’ preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Oversee the entire sequence of service ensuring guest orders are correctly processed and carried out by the servers within the stated delivery time according to Four Seasons Standards.
• Make sure guest complaints are promptly shared with the Room Service Manager for immediate follow up.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• College degree preferably specializing in hotel management
• Solid food and beverage knowledge is a plus
• Ability to problem solve and multitask
• Pleasant voice and a positive attitude
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Korean and English language

Visa Requirements

• Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea
