We are looking for Commis II for Staff Cafeteria who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The Commis II for Staff Cafeteria role is responsible to assist the Staff Cafeteria Chef in daily operations and ensuring quality food is prepared and served in our Staff Cafeteria is up to Four Seasons high standards in order to meet the expectations of our employees. He/she must be courteous and act in professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policy and not limited to the tasks below:-

• Prepare and deliver food service for 320 employees per day to cover Lunch and Dinner. 
• Oversee the employee dining operation and ensure high quality, availability and variety mainly in Malaysian Cuisine and Asian Stir-fried Dishes.
• To collaborate with the Executive Chef, design creative menus which feature a variety of healthy options to accommodate top dietary requirements.
• Complete food ordering in line with agreed food cost budgets and manage stock control elements.

• Ensure proper portion control of all dishes.
• Ensure section of responsibility is kept to the highest standard of cleanliness. And fully comply with, the Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations.
• Ensure all equipment is in safe working order and to report any hazardous or faulty equipment to the Executive Chef.
• Communicate closely with the team and liaise with the outlets on a daily basis.
• Ensure the section and fridges are kept clean and that there is a proper rotation of stock in the fridges.
• Ensure waste bins are emptied on a regular basis, and that Kitchen floors/Cold Rooms are clean.
