  • Provide technical expertise in product (chip, board and systems) development, guiding teams through technical/execution challenges.

  • Own technical requirement collateral, datasheets, and feature POR.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Foster effective communication and teamwork across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve program management processes and operational efficiency.

  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 7+ years (with BS), 5+ years (with MS) in semiconductor, board, and system program management.

  • Proven track record of optimally managing complex semiconductor and system projects from concept to delivery.

  • Hands on experience in development of silicon-based products.

  • Deep understanding of silicon product development, board development, software and PDE.

  • Demonstrated ability of having driven hardware product feature tradeoffs (preferably GPU product related)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple technical and business teams.

  • Self-directed and driven, highly motivated, creative, and have a consistent record of balancing multiple tasks at any given time.
