Summary:
As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting Solution Architects throughout the development, design, and approval stages of solutions. This role focuses on applying standardized processes to tailor solutions that align with service scopes, delivery locations, and associated costs. The position emphasizes enhancing efficiency and consistency in crafting responses and providing operational support, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective solution delivery across various teams and projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline solution development processes to improve overall team productivity.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support continuous learning and growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of solution objectives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Experience in designing scalable and cost-effective solutions that meet diverse delivery needs.
- Ability to apply standardized methodologies and frameworks to maintain consistency in solution development.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within established timelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
