The Recreation Manager is responsible for providing impeccable service at all times and to provide management and leadership to both the recreation operation. They will be responsible for managing the day to day operation of four distinct pools and beach operation. We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of food & beverage, guest service and experience motivating and managing large teams.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of Food & Beverage management experience Previous pool and beach experience is also preferred. A Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with relevant experience.
