Responsibilities

• Participates in the preparation of food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards; complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.

• Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill.

• Ensure high-quality presentation and taste of the dishes.

• Follow recipes and maintain consistent cooking standards.

• Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve smooth kitchen operation.

• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Culinary diploma and previous kitchen experience in the same role at least for 1 year.

• Basic cooking techniques in cold and hot sections and familiarity with various cuisines.

• Ability to follow recipes and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work different shift as required.
