Director - Growth

Role: The person in this role will lead demand functions of central platform growth charters that are horizontals across BUs. This covers but is not limited to building the demand for youth fashion (fwd), Only on Myntra program, D2C brands, Luxe and Topical activations. The role also will lead tech solutions for long term growth of the Myntra platform working with the product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy 

1. Provide expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of demand generation strategies to achieve business goals across youth fashion (fwd), D2C brands, Luxe brands and topical activations
2. Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform decision making for building key horizontal charters
3. Implement long term growth tech solutions with the product team to capitalise on identified new customer opportunities and mitigate risks for the entire Myntra platform
4. Scale the Only on Myntra program by building roles for each brand in the portfolio and manage demand solutioning across platform and marketing

• Demand Generation:
1. Business Achievement in terms of Top line, market share, top of the funnel and conversion 
2. Customer Growth for the business on acquisition, Repeats and cross sell
• Program Management :
1. Manage the Only on Myntra program including creating and managing qualifying criteria, demand side initiatives for different brand tiers and building hero brands to act as Myntra differentiators

Qualifications

• MBA with 10 years of sellside experience including marketing, merchandising
• Ecommerce experience handling large scale is a plus
