Join Bayview Animal Hospital as our Hospital Manager, a key leadership role in a dynamic veterinary practice. We're welcoming a seasoned veterinary client service professional passionate about leading teams and delivering exceptional veterinary client care.

Responsibilities

• ​Under the guidance of the Regional Operations Director and in partnership with the Medical Director, the Hospital Manager performs a wide range of administrative activities related to the practice.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, cultivating a positive and collaborative workplace culture

• Manage recruitment, staff development and performance to maintain a strong, cohesive team

• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiency in partnership with leadership

• Positively represent the hospital and VCA Canada, building strong relationships with clients and the community

Skills and Qualifications

• 2 years of leadership experience managing a team of up to 30 in a customer-facing role

• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and office administration

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a talent for motivating and coaching others

• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and driving positive change in a dynamic environment

• Passionate about providing excellent care to pets and their families
