Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Senior Director II, Programs and Strategy - E2E will serve as a Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Walmart US. In this role the selected candidate will demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, maturity, and a strong track record of performance and credibility across multiple business areas, with a preference for Finance/M&A or commercial background. 

What you'll do:

The selected candidate will manage a large-scale portfolio of projects and provide business insights with respect to M&A. Additionally, the candidate will oversee Project Management and drive to make life better for the Customer.  

The selected candidate will be expected to:

• Work with C-suite leaders/ executives
• Formulate perspective and point of view and voice that in forums
• Use & analyze complex/multiple data sets ranging from customer, to associate, to financial

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 8 years’ experience in program management, strategy development, operations, corporate strategy, or related field OR 10 years’ experience in program management, strategy development, operations, corporate strategy, or related field.
4 years’ experience supervising or leading project teams.
