What would you do?

Intelligent Sales and Customer Operations provides an end-to-end, integrated, seamless solution across marketing, sales and service. The solutions enable clients to drive sustainable growth by enhancing their capabilities to deliver consistent, hyper-relevant experiences across the customer lifecycle. The team helps assess, design, build and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run a collaborative sales and support roles. In this role, you will be required to demonstrate skills and experiences related to the implementation and use of the Microsoft Office Suite, a package of office productivity software (e.g., Word, Excel, OneNote) released by Microsoft and available for Microsoft Windows and Macintosh operating systems, with limited availability on mobile platforms.

  1. - 10+ Year of overall expereince with minimum 3 years in backend Sales Operations processes /Customer Service / Incident Management
  2. - Atleast 4 years of experience in leading teams of 30+ Employees - Program and Project Management - Escalation Management
  3. - Thought Leadership and ablity to work under pressure
  4. - SLA & KPI Management
  5. - Strong email (Outlook) management skills;
  6. - Strong communication and understanding skills, get client's needs accurately and quickly;
  7. - Familiar with office software operations, possessing basic data organization skills such as functions and pivot tables;
  8. - Work experience in sales support related positions is preferred;
  9. - Experience in managing clients independently and Relatioship Managment
  10. - Strong Program and Project Management
  11. - Customer Service Management, Delivery Excellence, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Resolution Management, IT Help desk, Operations Management, Service Desk, Written and verbal communication"

Roles and Responsibilities

  • - Program & Project Mgt, include impact analysis, manage/ execute user communication across multiple in-country/ corp stakeholders for landing new initiatives.
  • - Business Reporting, Analytics Business Operation Services
  • - SharePoint administrator services
  • - Deliver accurate policy to sale team and drive the program execution according to MS Policy
  • - Reports delivered on the days in the defined Deliverables Delivery Schedule.
  • - Reports updated with latest sales, consumption and forecasting data; reviewed against Microsoft source data
  • - Drive & monitor training programs across partners and suppliers
  • - Budget tracking, Planned to actuals
  • - Prepare and drive weekly/monthly communications and meetings"
