Job description:
[*] Job Description Key accountabilities:

• Supporting stakeholders and senior leads in the designing and developing of compelling data visualizations solutions to enable actionable insights & facilitate intuitive information consumption for internal business stakeholders.
• Promote and support building user-centric visuals & dashboards that empower stakeholders with data driven insights & decision-making capability
· Support UI UX design thinking workshops with stakeholders to understand business objective, pain points to support develop user stories, wireframes & develop intuitive visualizations
· Use Agile Delivery Framework for project | team management for seamless and effective delivery
· Prioritizing project deliverables while managing team capacity and delivery timelines as well as stakeholder expectation.
· Adopting various tools, technologies, and methodologies to be able to obtain insights and feedback from senior lead on various projects as well as provide quick and timely regular status updates as needed. Also, pro-actively involving and keeping senior lead aware of any risks or issues which can have impact on stakeholder relationship, business delivery or data security.
· Collaborate with leadership, engagement leads, business architects, data engineering, data science & IT teams to deliver business user friendly dashboard & reporting solutions
· Apply best practices within the team in data visualization design & continuously improve upon intuitive user experience for business stakeholders.
· Provide thought leadership and data visualization best practices to the broader Data & Analytics organization
· Identify opportunities to apply data visualization technologies to streamline & enhance manual / legacy reporting deliveries
· Provide training & coaching to team members.
· Co-create information governance & apply data privacy best practices to solutions
· Continuously innovative on visualization best practices & technologies by reviewing external resources & marketplace
· Promote an environment for the team to bring forth their best performance
[*] Job Qualifications Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
· Any College degree or above
· Certifications around Analytics, Data Visualization tools, SaFe | Agile Certifications (Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer etc.)
· Minimum 10 years +’ experience with 6+ years as Team Lead in Data Analytics | Visualization delivery team
Skills and Experience:
Must-Have Skills:
· Team Management – through Agile delivery framework such as Jira or Azure Devops
· Hands on experience working as a scrum master (1 + years)
· Hands-on experience (4-5 years) in data visualizations
· Stakeholder Management
· Verbal and written communication skills in English.- Expert
Good to have:
Proficiency level: Any
· Experience in Prototyping tools (e.g. Adobe XD)
· Experience in adoption of Design Thinking methodologies.
· Experience in Cloud - preferably Google Cloud Platform
· Data science – Python
· Microsoft - Power Platform; Power Apps
· Experience in QlikSense
