Job description:

* Job Description Key accountabilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document functional business requirements for reporting in multiple visualization & analytics projects
• Translate functional business requirements into written technical requirements for development team based on business priorities and use cases, to bring requirements to life in visualization tools.
• Act as a liaison between development team and business stakeholders on clarifications and questions on requirements.
• Work with development team to design dashboards based on functional business requirements and optimize user experience in dashboards
• Identify business challenges with stakeholders and facilitate conversations on alternative options on feasibility, with a deep understanding of the relationship between the backend data and front end capabilities, offering recommendations and/or creative solutions to meet business needs.
• SME on Corporate Functions data, with familiarity of relevant cross functional key performance indicators (e.g. Finance, HR, Sales)
• Facilitate Google Cloud Platform onboarding process in dashboard automation, identifying data sources (existing/new ingestions), coordinating data approvals and data governance process.
• Manage timeline expectations for deployment lifecycle (design, build, test, UAT, deploy)
• Coordinate UAT, bug/fix, deployment timing and enhancement prioritization.
• Work with a global team across multiple time zones

Skills and Experience:
• Full Professional Proficiency in English (written & verbal).
• Capable of managing and prioritizing a variety of expected and unexpected tasks while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption.
• Display strong initiative and self-motivation, ability to work independently.
• Highly organized with a focus on attention to detail (in writing, comprehension, listening) and ability to take detailed notes with accuracy on functional requirements.
• Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Not afraid to speak up and ask questions.
