What would you do?

The 360 SRM Manager will be responsible for managing strategic and critical supplier relationships. These suppliers are for sub-categories within BPS, Flex, HR, Financial Services, Travel, and Workplace.

What are we looking for?

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Supplier Management and Procurement experience
• Minimum 4 years of Project Management experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with virtual and cross functional teams
• Minimum 4 years of contractual experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience authoring and/or leading the review of key, post sourcing, contractual documents such amendments or Statements of Work
• Strong Microsoft Office skills Preferred Qualifications:
• Quality Program experience
• Proven negotiation skills
• Technology Management experience preferred Language: English Professional Skills:
• Proven experience working with and influencing multiple stakeholders including senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability in strategic sourcing methodology’s
• Knowledge of Procurement categories and/or experience in or ability to research and understand additional categories as assigned
• Strong communication and presentation skills – ability to drive effective communications with senior internal and client leadership
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Demonstrated ability to proactively and independently lead delivery of operational activities
• Ability to drive or support transformational change
• Solid multi-phase project management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for:
• Understand supplier base
• Segment suppliers – understand criticality
• Design and implement 360/SRM programs for new strategic and critical suppliers
• Managing the 360 SRM relationships across in-scope Supplier Relationship Management services including Performance Management, Risk, Contractual Compliance, and Innovation
• Facilitation, driving, execution & monitoring of:
• Innovation Opportunities
• Sourced Benefits
• Continuous Improvement
• Risk Mitigation
• Facilitate Business Relationship meetings as well as regularly scheduled meetings to ensure stakeholder & supplier alignment
• Collaborate with P+ and stakeholders to:
• Create Program Charter
• Develop SLAs
• Create awareness of 360 view of supplier
• Negotiate, when applicable, contractual order forms & statements of work to support Accenture/Client requirements with a Supplier
• Cost Savings realization (both quantitative and qualitative)
• Support ongoing segmentation process to identify and ensure correct suppliers are in-scope
• Collaborate with client accounts, procurement category leads and business stakeholders to understand client/partner perspective for our suppliers and understand Supplier/Clients 360 potential and contribution
• Measure, monitor and manage supplier relationship:
• Business Impact
• Compliance/Business Risk
• Conduct Financial Due Diligence (FDD) assessment and document remediation plan for high-risk supplier(s)
• Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Alignment
• State of Relationship
• Continuous improvement
• Issue escalation and resolution
• Analyze invoice payment process to ensure payments are timely
• Assist P+ with contract amendment when needed
• Build out 360 SRM Dashboards
• Client and Supplier stakeholder management
