CSG Operations head

Key Responsibilities

·       Management of SM_BH Scrutiny by Hub BROs.

·       Monitor & Review RMC pendency with sales channel.

·       Co-ordination and training among CSG Hubs & Sales staff.

·       Review gaps identified and create uniformity in the day to day processing at hub.

·       Analyzing CSG Hub metrices across identified KRIs (95^th percentile, Same day account opening, NFTR, and manage day to day productivity & quality improvement.

·       Ensuring KYC norms & Compliance during onboarding.

·       Resolution of STP/Audit queries by Co-ordinating with business teams.

·       Coordination with internal stake holders viz. Products, IT, BSG, CPU Scrutiny, Dedupe.

·       Undertake projects for the improvement in existing processes.
