We are looking to expand our onsite creative studio to work across our retail POS portfolio. The location is in Latvia working onsite and remotely with our European and North American teams. It’s an exciting time with much opportunity for growth and great work.

DESIGNER

(Position is temporary for 1 year with possibility of extension)

Scope:

The candidate will work on an international account and understand brand controls, retail marketing design and be able to communicate with account managers. The key relationship will be with our client’s marketing teams and should have excellent communication and creative skills. Experience working with retail point of sale campaigns would be a benefit.

Experience:

• Third level qualification in Graphic Design / Multimedia 

• 2-3 years commercially relevant design experience 

• Budget & resource management

• Ability to work on multiple projects at once whilst managing communication between onsite studio and key internal stakeholders.

• Previous experience of using workflow process tools such as Workfront, would be a considerable advantage.

• Knowledge of digital asset creation is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Engage with our clients marketing teams, working together to ensure design briefs are delivered to the highest standard and within tight timelines

• Monthly retail cycle artwork output

•  Ensure quality controls and sign off procedures with all stakeholders

•  Design, execution and delivery of POS and marketing material 

Key Skills/Competencies:

• Adobe Create Suite, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365

• Demonstrate an understanding of brand building and brand management 

• Must be very creative and be able to demonstrate this with a developed portfolio of relevant work 

• Excellent verbal communication skills 

• Good team player 

• Excellent project/time-management, ability to multi-task 

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines 

• Awareness of budget implications when creating designs 

• English is our business language, so good to excellent level of English is required
