Responsibilities

The Opportunity 

 

We are currently looking for a Global IT Infrastructure & Operations Analyst, this role supports the Global Asset Management Team focus on Items such as Network devices, server devices, Laptops, cloud Infrastructure.

  

Your Impact  

 

As Asset Management Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Drive and deliver successfully Yearly budgetary, forescating (PepsiCo AOP) for asset discipline.
  • Execute the Purchase process for Assets (Network, server, Laptops, cloud Infrastructure)
  • Keeping the PepsiCo Systems of record (Service Now, Calero, Employee Central, etc) updated.
  • Partnership with our principal vendors like Cisco, Palo Alto, Lenovo, BT, HCL, Zones, etc
  • Provide recurring reporting, deep analytics and derive insights to through the used data that drive continuous service improvements.
  • Team collaboration for the business continuity of order management, procurement and system updated that run the day-to-day business as it relates to asset management.
  • Ensure the assets lifecycle (CI/Assert) management updated the systems of record (Service now, Calero, Flexera, etc).
  • Work in a high matrix organization with extended PepsiCo teams including Vendor Management, Global Procurement, IT Delivery, IT Operations, etc.
  • Contract Management (Service, maintenance and Licensing)
  • Vendor Management (Cisco, BT, Lenovo, Zones, etc
  • Data Accuracy and support about data quality rules:
    -136,868 Desktop/Laptop
    -124,732 mobile devices
    -17,019 Printers
    -25,873 Servers
    -61,601 Network Assets
    -562 Storage devices
  • Process Improvement working with team members and MSP to identify and harmonize internal working processes.
  • Periodically build and communicate scorecards related to assets management life cycle to understand asset life-cycle status, process variances, and cost drivers.
  • Coordinate with vendors to collect and update the End of Support Dates and End Of Life for the models we are working with.
  • Ensure the process compliance and system updates with internal teams and MSP.
  • Ensure the Inventory for the Stock rooms is updated in PepsiCo systems of records.
  • Adopt and support the PepsiCo ways, PEP Positive.
  • Support of waste elimination and productivity for PepsiCo.
  • Story creation in support of process improvements (ADO User Story) and follow up including QA and go live with internal teams and MSP

  


Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?  

 

Education:

  • University / College Degree in Social Sciences, Business Management, Computer Science, or related field, or related professional experience.

Experience:

  • 1year+ of experience in Servicenow.
  • 1 year+ on Data Management experience.
  • 1 year+ on Financial Management experience (budget and forecasting).
  • 1 year+ on IT Asset management experience.
  • Asset Management tools (Service now, Calero, Azure, SAP, ect).
  • ITIL certification is desirable.
  • Strong Excel/PowerBi skills
  • Data analysis
  • Effective written and verbal English communication skills is a must
  • IT Infrastructure Knowledge preferred (hardware, software, services)
  • DevSecOps
  • Financial Skills
  • Vendor Management
  • Asset Management 

Non tech skills

  • Be Analytical candidate will be able to collect and analyze information to improve asset management services extremely oriented in details.
  • Use Critical Thinking candidate will be able to analyze data objectively. As a good critical thinker he can disregard personal feelings, opinions or biases when coming up with the proper solutions problems.
  • Good Communication: candidate must fully understand the situation at hand before they start looking for the solution. It is important to be able to explain the situation to a non-IT workers, in a global environment, with a good way to explain technical subjects with non-IT workers is to be empathetic. 
  • Be Innovative candidate, the candidate will need to think out of the box oriented to process improvement, streamline workflows and automation.
  •  Multitasking candidate may have multiple tasks to work on all at the same time. He will manage several requests and prioritize it to keep track of the different request and issues that rise.
    Ability to work without direct supervision in a global team environment.
  •  Advanced analytical skills.
  •  Must be extremely organized.
  •  Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to train and coach teams.
  • Good networking skills across internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work with senior IT and Business management Teams.
