Responsibilities

The Opportunity 

 

The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for ensuring day to day order processing for Argentina,  driving gold standard customer service and maintaining site performance metrics through the use of standard processes, best practices and standard reports. The person will be expected to partner with other Analysts in Global Business Services as well as with site and region Leadership.

 

Your Impact  

 

As Customer Service Analyst your functions would consist of:

 

  • Ensures day to day order processing for Agentina including but not limited to order confirmation, reporting, and decision making supporting activities, day to day operations & follow up.
  • Provides stock check validation in order to create deliveries in system.
  • Synchronize the supply network - Define, implement, monitor and achieve continuous improvement of the "Order to Cash" process, to ensure the level of service and the correct level of supply at the point of sale
  • Backfill other Order Manament Analysts on vacations

 


Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?  

  

  • 1-2 years of sales/supply chain experience
  • Working knowledge of order processing and order life-cycle.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • English intermediate
