Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

 

This role will be responsible to gather, clean, analyze, and maintain master and transactional data for Network Optimization for the the North American PBC produced network.  They will also be responsible for execution of baseline version network optimization solves and basic ad-hocs, improvement of data gathering processes, and enhancement of output analytics.  Through their support of local planners they will provide accurate capacity and sourcing plans for balance of year and Annual Operating Planning that delivers a lowest landed cost network at targeted service levels.

 

Your Impact:

 

As SC Network Optimization (NetOpts) Analyst your responsibilities would consist of

  • Gather and Maintain master/transactional data for network optimization process in SAP S/4 and SAP IBP
  • Create, simplify, and modify new and existing templates as needed for data gathering process
  • Develop and Perform data audits that ensure SAP-IBP Network Optimization solve integrity
  • Validation of information sent by local teams in data refresh processes
  • Support Master and Transactional data associated with innovations
  • Execute baseline version and ad-hoc scenario versions in SAP-IBP in support of local planners
  • Review planning alerts for NetOpt model solves to identify shortages, target inventory violations, and capacity and utilization issues and provide recommendations for overrides to NetOpt Planners
  • Create and Modify reports and alerts in SAP-IBP UI for master data, transactional data, and model output
  • Support sourcing refresh uploads, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of errors
  • Supprt downstream functional areas with Net Opt sourcing and data as needed

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

 

Education

  • BS Degree in Industrial Eng, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or related discipline

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Master Data Management, Reporting & Analytics, or Network Optimization
  • Ability to manage and analyze large complex data sets
  • Highly organized
  • Experience with supply chain planning software (SAP preferred)
  • Experience with analytical tools (ie Excel, Access, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Ability to problem solve with limited information
  • Understanding of master data and supply chain dependencies
