Overview

This individual contributes to the success of PBC by managing the execution of customer pricing information.  Accurately and efficiently enter data from multiple data sources into PBC’s financial systems and where applicable in customer systems.   This individual will actively work with PBC’s business units and sales leaders and is responsible to drive increased revenue through accurate input, improving net price compliance and reducing Customer short pays. He/she will facilitate process improvement, drive discipline to process and ensure adherence to policies. This individual is also responsible to facilitate communication and relationship building with external field locations and internal business partners and serves as a liaison between all parties.  This individual is also a Key contributor to process compliance and risks mitigation strategies.


Responsibilities

Pricing Execution:

  • Accurately input, maintain, and communicate pricing information for strategic customers in both Internal and External systems including daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual price change requests
  • Initiate and facilitate resolution of all discrepancies within the system, troubleshooting with respective contacts and account owners
  • Manage and maintain the setup and accuracy of pertinent information and integrity of data for all customers and products
  • Continually maintain working knowledge of all products, customers and pricing data specific to a customer to minimize pricing short pay exceptions
  • Leverage thorough knowledge of customer, systems, and processes to drive timely and accurate execution of price entry
  • Identify and escalate process and procedural change needs between the CSC and the field
  • Partner to improve and sustain field and CSC compliance of processes, practices and procedures

Communication:

  • Handle all incoming requests, tracking issues, gaining authorized approval, following up where necessary and updating records
  • Partner with customer Account Owner to drive discipline and customer and Bottler confirmation of pricing
  • Serve as central point of contact / process owner for segment of accounts
  • Facilitate and initiate CSC, Field Partner and/or Customer conference calls
  • Respond to Field and Customer inquiries and route critical issues to appropriate field representative/ pricing analysts as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between customer back office administration, BIS, Account Receivable and Sales
  • Provide training to field partners regarding process and communication breakdowns

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

  • Four- year degree or minimum 3 years comparable business experience
  • High school diploma
  • Strong computer skills & proficiency with Microsoft applications (e.g., intermediate Excel, Word, Power Point, and Access)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or relevant work experience in Account, Finance or Business Administration
  • Proven success leading, managing and competing multiple concurrent projects or task involving stakeholders
  • Strong data analysis experience
  • Proven success in analytical and organizational skills coupled with an attention to detail
  • Proven success working with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to interface with multiple levels of internal and external business partners
  • Proven success at influencing change and driving positive results
