Manage & grow business within the region in line with MU objectives, policy guidelines with the BU imperatives, corporate guidelines & allocated budgets.
Responsibilities
•Develop regional business strategy through wider - deeper Key Account & indirect coverage.
•Ensure PGSB execution.
•Drive direct coverage agenda for potential accounts with AU teams.
•Manning deployment basis RU AOP budget & coaching to develop team capability
•Put in place robust tracking measures for RU functioning
•Drive ownership on region costs with strong control measures.
•To set team KPIs with periodic review, actionable feedback & support

•3-5 years people leadership experience
•6-8 years front-line sales experience

•P&L responsibility preferred
•Large team responsibility preferred
•Distributor management experience preferred
•Industry knowledge preferred
•Negotiation/problem solving skills
•Strong analytical/time management skills
•Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
Excellent computer skill (Excel, Word, Power point and database management)
