Overview

  • Develop, implement, and manage the operational aspects of digital product adoption.
  • Enhance and introduce technologies to analyze and detect incidents and problems.
  • Maintain and improve programs to foster a culture of driving quality improvement based off the analysis of survey feedback to drive improved client and employee satisfaction.
  • Track monitor and drive the adoption and usage of digital products in the business.
  • Conceptualize and Lead production consumption council with stakeholders.
  • Work with consumers on the training need and ramp up plan
  • Work closely with Product owners , Product users to ensure adoption of the product to delivery value

Responsibilities

Mandatory skills:

 

  • A good understanding of the vast range of IT operations with 8+ years of experience
  • Ability to work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
  • Strong relationship management and demonstrated collaborative skills in working with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Have outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
