· Design and develop compelling and user-centric BI / data visualization solutions (e.g., dashboards and reports) to convey actionable insights and enable proactive decision-making by the business · Maintain performance of BI solutions, debug or enhance existing BI products, and conduct quality assurance on dashboards for accuracy and functionality · Identify opportunities to apply data visualization solutions to solve complex business problems · Partner with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to define data needs and requirements · Ensure established visualization / BI standards and security protocols are followed · Develop training materials and deliver training to end-users, encouraging digital adoption · Provide thought leadership and promote data visualization best practices · Make recommendations for BI tools based on latest trends and emerging technologies

Responsibilities
- 9+ years overall experience; 3+ years of experience in Azure, Power BI and Power apps
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Strong quantitative background in data analysis and Data modeling to drive actionable insights
- Ability to present analytic results to technical and non-technical audiences through various visualization methods
- Experience with coding languages (in R, Python) and querying languages (e.g., SQL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management.
- Comfortable with change, especially that which arises through company growth.nt.
- Proactively drive impact and engagement while bringing others along.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new skills.
- Working knowledge of agile development, including DevOps and DataOps concepts.
