Principal Accountabilities:
Under close supervision:* Provide direct support to higher level Online Merchandisers in the execution of the merchandising plans for the assigned lines of products* Analyze customer and Web traffic data to develop recommendations for placement and promotion decisions* May be assigned merchandising responsibilities for smaller lines of products
 

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field *Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager’s criteria* One year of related experience preferred* Strong written and oral communication skills* Proficient PC skills
 

Knowledge & Application:
* Good knowledge of single specialist area achieved through prior study or previous experience* Applies knowledge of the principles and practices in a recognized professional field requiring extensive academic preparation * Applies knowledge of standardized rules, procedures, and operations within own area* Determines a course of action based on guidelines
