About the location:

General综述: 

  • Your department head and immediate superior is the Assistant Director of F&B. 

你的部门主管和直接上级是餐饮部副总监。 

  • Your Assistant Restaurant / bar Manager will be in charge of Restaurant / bar /in room dining Operation in your absence. 

在你不在的情况下你的副经理将会负责餐厅/酒吧/送餐运营。 

 

Responsibilities责任: 

  • Manage and organize the Restaurant / bar /in room dinging Operation. 

管理并且组织餐厅/酒吧/送餐运行。 

  • Responsible for the completion all mise-en-place and setups as indicated in a timely manner and reflects the highest standards of the hotel. 

负责及时并且使用酒店最高标准的完成指示的所有准备工作和餐厅/酒吧/送餐布置。 

  • Provide a complete and satisfying experience to all guests in accordance to the service flow and core standard. 

根据酒店服务流程和核心标准为客人提供一个完整并且令人满意的客户体验。 

  • Assist the Director of FB in operation duties. 

协助餐饮部副总监完成职务。 

  • Handle guest complaints and solve them. 

处理可容纳投诉并且解决他们。 

  • Maintain a good relationship with regular clients. 

餐厅/酒吧固定客户保持一个良好关系。 

  • Responsible for all operating equipment, audiovisual equipment or other tools that have been assigned to Restaurant / bar Operation. 

负责所有设备运行,音像设备或者其他分配给餐厅/酒吧运营的工具。 

 

Main Tasks主要任务: 

  • To develop creative and attractive setup presentations for potential clients. 

为潜在客户开发有创造性和有吸引力的餐厅/酒吧布置展示。 

  • To ensure on spot up-selling in order to maximize the departmental revenue. 

为了使部门盈利最大化,确保进行准确的促销 

  • To attend and participate in all required meetings. 

参加和出席所有必需的会议。 

  • To supervise the execution of Restaurant / bar events according to guest’s desire and to insure the highest standards of food, beverage and service is offered. 

根据客人的期望监督餐厅/酒吧宴会的完成,并且确保提供的餐饮与服务是最高标准的。 

  • To generate new business from existing and new clients via solicitation and relationship management.  

通过询问和客户关系管理,从现有或者新的客户群内开展新的业务。 

  • To review all Restaurant / bar Operation orders and daily and weekly Restaurant / bar sheets to ensure accuracy in content. 

通过审查所有餐厅/酒吧运营订单和每日与每周餐厅/酒吧工作表来确定内容的准确性。 

  • To execute other job-related duties as instructed by Director of FB. 

完成餐饮部总监指示的其他工作相关的职责。 

  • To inspect the grooming of your subordinates. 

监督并检查下属个人仪表。 

  • Delegate, supervise and control the Restaurant / bar Operation. 

委派,监管并且控制餐厅/酒吧的运营。 

  • To respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation. 

恰当处理任何酒店紧急或者安全情况。 

 

Expenses费用: 

  • You are responsible for the expenses such asBreakage and looses of operating equipment, cleaning products and other related supplies. 

你负责的费用有,损坏和丢失的运营器材,清洁产品和其他相关物资。 

  • You are responsible to maintain the manning level given to you by the Assistant Director of FB. 

你负责保持餐饮部副总监给你的人员配备。 

  • You are in charge of the expenses for the repair and maintenance of audiovisual equipment assigned to your area. 

你负责修理和维修分配给你区域的音像设备。

  • A thorough knowledge to manage and organize Restaurant / bar Operation.

  • A profound knowledge in food and beverage and service rules.

  • To know how to coordinate, control and supervise your subordinates.

  • Have a good attitude and be willing to learn.

  • To have a good understanding of English and Chinese language.

Duties Towards Your Subordinates我们对您的期望: 

  • You have to organize, supervise and control your subordinates and to help them to execute their tasks. 

你必须组织,监督和控制你的下属并且帮助他们执行他们的任务。 

  • Be alert to see the performance and activities of your subordinates and assist them in every aspect.

  • Motivate your subordinates.

  • You have to protect your subordinates against complaints by accepting all responsibilities.

  • Work out an evaluation and a development plan for each of your subordinates

Documents to Know须知: 

  • All hotel documents, such as: employee handbook, job description, fire and typhoon procedure, etc. 

所有酒店文件,例如:员工手册,工作说明,火灾和台风流程等等。 

  • All new documents that may be issued from time to time by hotel management. 

所有酒店管理层可能随时发布的新文件。 

  • Training documents and information on hotel’s facilities. 

关于酒店设施的培训文件和信息。 

  • Catering documents (i.e. proposal, contract and terms and conditions, etc.) 

厨房文件(指建议书,合同与条款和情况等等) 

  • Related financial reports (i.e. daily revenue, monthly or annually forecast and budget, etc.) 

相关财政报告(指每日收入,每月或每年的预测和预算等等) 

 

Training, Introduction and Instruction Duties培训,介绍和指导职责: 

  • You have to work out and implement a yearly training plan. 

你要制定并且完成年度培训计划。 

  • You have to complete a monthly training report. 

你要完成每月培训报告。 

  • You have to conduct training courses to your subordinates and instruct them. 

你要为你的下厨进行培训课程并且指导他们。 

 

Information Obligation信息: 

  • The keep the ADFB regularly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance so prompt corrective action can be taken where appropriate. 

保持餐饮部副总监定期和全面的了解所有问题或者不寻常事情的重要性,并且在适当的地方准确及时的纠正。 

  • Inform your subordinates about all hotel activities. 

通知你的下属关于酒店的所有活动。 

  • You have to inform the kitchen of any specific guest comments. 

你必须通知厨房关于特殊客人的评论。 

 

Coordination and Co-operation协调与合作: 

  • You have to coordinate your subordinates and look for a good teamwork. 

你必须与你的下属合作从而达到良好的团队合作效果。 

  • You have to co-operate efficiently with all hotel departments directly or indirectly involved with the Restaurant / bar Operation. 

你必须有效的与酒店所有直接或者间接部门有效合作,包括餐厅/酒吧运营。 

 

Special Orders / Duties特殊安排:  

  • To perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management.
