Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Senior OSINT Targeter. This position offers the opportunity for an energetic and motivated candidate to join a dynamic and growing team that solves our customer’s unique mission needs. Work will be performed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and candidates must have an active TS/SCI with a FS polygraph clearance and active badge in order to be considered. Successful candidates will conduct open source analysis and research from multiple sources with a focusing on social media and cyber operations. The primary function of an Open-Source Targeter/Analyst is to assist in performing target analysis and research, using a variety of analytic tools and data sources to perform research and analyze priority intelligence targets and problems that support the government mission.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with FS polygraph clearance and active badge.
• 10 years experience directly supporting or conducting targeting operations.
• 8 years experience in Intelligence Community targeting methodologies.
• Familiarity with a variety of writing styles and classified client databases, including specific targeting tools.
• Strong communication, briefing, and writing skills; ability to communicate in a professional manner in person, by telephone, and through written correspondence.
• Demonstrated experience applying security tradecraft regarding social media, online research, and cyber activities.

Desired Qualifications

• Backgrounds in the field of Identity Management is very desirable.
• Experience with Managed Attribution tools and networks is also highly attractive.

Desired Training 

Applicable open source and targeting training in this arena is highly preferred. Upon being hired, candidates may have the opportunity to take relevant advanced training courses taught through Parson's Training Group (TOG) including CASO, SIGREDUX and VOTC.

Salary Range: 

$117,000.00 - $210,600.00
