Estimation Section Manager - SA - Riyadh

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Estimation Section Manager to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project specifications, drawings, and other documents.
• Analyze data to estimate the time, money, materials, and labor required for projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Ensure that all estimates are within the financial parameters set by the project requirements.
• Prepare and submit tender documents and bid proposals
• Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project requirements and budgets.
• Participate in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.

• Ability to analyze project documents, specifications, and drawings to accurately determine project scope and costs.
• Proficiency in estimation software such as Bluebeam, CostX, or similar
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.
• Competence in using project management tools and the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, etc.).
• Strong grasp of financial principles related to budgeting, cost control, and value engineering.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Familiarity with advanced estimation software and tools, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
• Experience with integrated project management and cost control software.
• Knowledge of specific sectors within the construction industry, such as commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of sustainable building practices and green construction methods.
• 50% From the Experience in Multinational Organization
